We ship worldwide, with delivery options available across Egypt and internationally.

EGYPT

Cairo & Giza

Orders are generally delivered within 48–72 hours.

Other Governorates

Orders are generally delivered within up to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is EGP 100.

Orders above EGP 3,000 qualify for free shipping.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Egypt.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If an order is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons unrelated to HideProject, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs.

If the issue is caused by an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order by HideProject, we will cover the necessary shipping costs and arrange the appropriate resolution.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

HideProject ships worldwide.

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local regulations, carrier conditions, or circumstances outside HideProject’s control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is delayed by customs or local authorities, HideProject cannot guarantee a specific clearance time and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive the available tracking information to follow its delivery.
